while dilution has been a big problem in the past it is now a problem, going forward, that is at least 20x smaller since every share issued in lieu of cash will be worth 20x more. Every qtr the debt has been reduced and cash flow has been stable. The current number of shrs out is far less than you expected. I will continue with my previous stated position that; while there may be more dilution in the future, it will only come if the opportunity to grow faster than cash flow will allow presents itself. Walshes' tone in the PRs is such that he understands the negative impact of dilution. IMO he has never wanted to, rather, he has had to. That ugly period of extreme dilution from Nov14 to Jan15 will not occur again.
