AGCZ's float UNCHANGED, ZERO DILUTION, with all the restricted shares still owned by NWGC and who knows what % of the float owned by NWGC as well (to equal the 82%), and not a single share of the hike to 7 billion sold was all I needed to know.
I'd made myself wait to call and check, couldn't believe that 5 months after hiking the A/S like that they hadn't diluted AT ALL. Those unused shares, about 1.3 billion of the A/S that aren't in the O/S yet, can only be for some sort of merger.
Wish they would ungag NWGC as well, but looking at the AGCZ chart and all those 200 million days of staged fake "dilution" by MM's when no shares were being sold, it shows how tightly coiled and manipulated AGCZ is. Hoping the same for NWGC too.
