I do believe that DR. S and DR. K thought that they could create a viable and robust business from GKG, and they still might, although it is not looking very much like that lately. If so, Dr. S may want more shares in exchange for his business. If all Dr. S wants is the shell, then I suppose it does not matter much what GKG does. However, if the acquisition is not completed in the next week, it raises big question marks as to what is going on?
