Yes, I have my theories, concerns, opinions and facts.

My first guess is that Carl doesn't want to open and explain the VSPC financials for possible grants.

Second, usually with government grants, VSPC would have to provide some sort of accounting as to what the grant money is spent on. We all know "Carl loves to travel", and this could be another reason grant money is never obtained. He would have to account for the money spent on expenses - he couldn't brush people off with "That's indsider info and we can't share" excuse that Jan gave "greenplanet2014" who inquired about it (I never received a response).

Third, people giving grant money away don't want to give it to a company with a sub-sub-license (is that enough 'subs'?)

Fourth, with the "gold watch" coming probably sometime this year, why put a lot of effort into it? Schewe taking over and probably (IMO) changing the scope of business to hand cremes and cosmetics. It is my opinion that the Nicaragua deal will fall apart sometime right before Carl retires. Sagay won't materialize. Tibbar (IMO) was doomed to fail. Hence why these were all MOU's and not actual contracts. If either side failed to live up to their part of the deal, no real legal consequences. The VSPC/GKG story can go the way of the dinosaur and Schewe and his unprofitable lotion/cosmetics starts.

Rinse, wash, repeat. Just different story, different player, but same ball game.

As for the investigative piece, I am still working on it. I've had some family issues to handle the last few weeks, and haven't had time to work on it. Plus, I want to see the 2014 10-K also, before posting it.

Rule #1 is never lose money.

Rule #2 is never forget Rule #1.
