Yes, I don't understand either, unless the Chapter 11 bankruptcy is cleaning up the balance sheet before getting funds from Red Rock Assets. So many shares someone was/is willing to pay for knowing full well that the company is facing bankruptcy? Maybe Red Rock Assets is willing to buy the mine during the bankruptcy process knowing full well its got the money to open the mine and own it with much better financial terms, who knows maybe even in concert with the current SIRG Board. When all is said and done shareholders will not be represented very well during the process however that turns out...
