Not true? 49% of NDR is an asset of worth (S.A. & V.G. each own 1% of NDR which is why they control NDR). Save pennies and buy NDR from bankruptcy judge then . If UBRG goes to BK the judge should demand their percentage in NDR else 49% may be deemed unsellable depending on legality as that's the right thing to do IF...
