You expected an immediate return on a start up? There are several negatives in play here with only one that I'm currently aware of, the chill list, being resolved.

They are way out of date on filings. Supposedly these are being worked on to be brought up to date. When they'll be completed is anyone's guess.

There are still issues with the past owners of TCLN. I don't know at this moment whether they have been resolved or not and I suspect that current trading patterns show that they haven't been.

They are working on patents for their software product. If we are moving at the "speed of government", there is no telling when those will be complete.

Now, clearly there are POSITIVES for this company. What you and everyone here is gambling on is their software product and its potential ability to generate significant revenues in the healthcare field especially with OBamaCare.

Another plus is their association with InterSystems and their databases. InterSystems is not a bit player in the healthcare field so if QualOptima delivers as promised, then the potential is huge.

The company is, IMO, still a start up. When they will eliminate the negatives and start to show some revenues is anyone's guess.

There are other negatives and positives with this company that I'm sure others can expand on.

All the above is JMHO. My point is that there are no expectations that because I bought some of this stock that it should rise. This is gambling at its best!! We'll either win....... or lose.
