Congratulations! You once again managed to BEG THE QUESTIONS as to:

"WHY doesn't Mayo or ANYONE associated with Mayo fork over some cash to actually BUY a machine? Surely, they don't want their patients to suffer pain --wouldn't you agree? And Mayo no doubt could afford to buy a DOZEN of the things -- at LEAST! Five YEARS is surely enough experience, so why don't they?"
