i think the cue for me was to see ISIS cranking up the fear-factor to the max and oil was falling in the midst of that. there may be no reaction in oil prices to further conflicts unless they take out a primary producer.

putin was probably hoping his antics in ukraine would put a bid under oil, but that didn't work, either.
