I think the green as you put is a distance away. That's why the technicals will give clues as to when the fundies will turn or are perceived to be turning.

To me that means a period of backing and filling, after the soon to be capitulation. From a technical point, there's been too much damage done to expect a 180 degree turn. Allot of confidence has been shattered and many shareholders are more interested in getting even than riding it out for huge gains. Even the strong handed institutions are shaky.
But for those who truly believe this is a winner, I'd say wait for that capitulation to be coming soon,then buy or add and go away for 6 mos-1yr.
Watching every tick, every day is merely an effort in futility. Long termers need not do that; traders might.
