Sadly, imo everything points to the company getting some money off these shares. There's no convertible loans, you can look on the financials for that.

But the biggest thing is that the dump was this week, right with news. News barley ever comes out with this stock. I think he had full plans to dump for a while, and used this news as his way to sell. However, the news wasn't released on ihub. No one saw it, and so the share price did not get the boost and volume he expected. Therefore, it was dumped into an open market, and dropped the price.

But on a bright note: 1: There was a lot of demand for the shares, and the price didn't take as bad of a hit as I woulda expected.
2: This has happened before and the price has always rebounded before. As long as the dilution isn't constant, it should rebound again.
3: vfin did completely leave the ask in the last hour of the day on Friday, the first time he was completely off since the dumping started.

We'll just need to wait for monday to see what happens.
