Picking on poor language, grammar, or spelling is a side issue. It doesn't help investors decide whether a company is worth investing in, or not.

It's much more disturbing that GNGR can't (or won't) release financials on otcmarkets.com

Its disturbing that there are no audited books.

Its disturbing that no-one can verify sales.

There's no way for shareholders to understand what they're holding and if it has any value. That's a management failure, whereas poor spelling is annoying but irrelevant.
