Possibly, the Chairman and co-chairman(chairman's brother) of Cyro Cell real reason is to take control of CBAI. Might be the reason Joe wants to add another 2 billion shares is to reduce Cyro-Cells pct. of ownership, or maybe on the other hand sell shares to Cryo cell. in a private placement. Just a possibility.
