Flo, the share price appreciation is great. The problem is, MNTA's share price will do what it alway does unless some piece of significant positive news occurs in the near future. We've seen this story arc before, and it hasn't been pretty. If I were smart, I would probably take this opportunity to liquidate my position (I'm not smart).
