This closed the technical gap fast around 90cents to 1.00 from few weeks ago when then, the Russian Govt announced MTL was on their list of major corp entities to support with Sovereign GUarantees- remember??

What just happened last few days was a hyped PR scare shakeout of shares from retail buyers by greedy bankers who have been buying all they can at these absurd low prices.

Technical gap correction occurred simultaneously with "BK news reports" few days ago, now yesterday news again saying "BK rumors now being squelched and tempered" ...
