Ummmm..full disclosure. It has been a warm, sunny day down here in SO. Florida and there might be a few brewskies on board

With that said....

100,000 warrants at $8.75 each would be sold directly for $875,000. I guess if you want to do the conversion and actually come up with an additional $125k you would have a million worth...but...what is the point? No extra cash gets you rich....$125k more in cash gets you exactly where you were......rich
