It's not a filing. It's a bunch of unaudited fiction that ROTH lodges with pay site OTC markets, that no one checks, but then gets used by what passes for management at ROTH and their paid promoters to pimp the bejasus out of this sorry scam.

ROTH doesn't make filings because they voluntarily elected to go dark some time ago.

That's because it's much easier for dark companies to steal from their marks without them even noticing.
