I know I've been so wrong on this one! Bad news out of South Africa; Shell is walking away for now. Removing key management personal and telling gov't 6 years is too long wait on a permit.Drilling policy is not favorable to investment. Will wait on market recovery. Don't know if the risk is worth leveraging down ? GLTY
