Tech, UPRO et all....

I view the ED I spoke of earlier as being possibly completed without a new high but not yet super confident in whether I trust it yet.....fifteen times burned is warning me off (LOL).

I am still expecting dollar to fall and encouraged about it, however there are never any guarantees are there....My position in EUO puts is conservative so far....
