Highly unlikely in my opinion. Ask yourself this question - why would anyone put money into arnh based on the following:

CEO accepted a position as COO of another public company. Who is running ARNH?

Is there any business plan - doesn't look like it. Company hasn't filed in over a year, no shareholder update in over a year etc.

Doesn't appear as if anything is going on here - last one out turn off the lights.
