You are spot on. There was an original plan and it was being executed. The acquisition of a west coast, midwest and east coast facility made sense. Alliances were made internationally as well.
Then cam the China fiasco and the assurance from good ol Marty that we would eventually be able to recognize those revs. Never happened and obviously poor management of "the plan" resulted in the unraveling. Marties constant denial only made matters worse for the original shareholders that bought into the original plan.
