I'm not economist either, but majored in economics, and though I'm no expert there should not be an increase just yet. Definitely not in June, and no way she's got the balls to do it during election season = 2016 imo.

Now, they may eliminate the word "patient" as that's what all the fuss is about, but they'll find a way to let us know that it ain't happening. We'll see I guess.
