This letter was filed by counsel to Sandoz/Momenta, suggesting that oral argument will happen in May (2015, I think).


Dear Admiral O’Toole:
I write with respect to the scheduling of oral argument in the above-captioned appeals. In an order dated July 8, 2014, this Court ordered that these cases be considered companion cases and assigned to the same merits panel for oral argument. It appears possible that this Court will hear oral argument in these appeals during its May sitting. Counsel for appellants in these appeals is also counsel for appellant Sandoz in Allergan, Inc. v. Sandoz Inc., No. 2014-1275 (Fed. Cir.), which also may be scheduled during this Court’s May sitting. If so, I would appreciate it if this Court could avoid scheduling the arguments in these appeals close together with the argument in Allergan v. Sandoz.
