puppy, this was done overnight with very short notice, it is a brand new significant penalty that NO one saw coming. Especially those who never signed up at Tradeking in the first place, they were just transferred to TK from Zecco when they merged.
I doubt it actually costs tk anything to just let "worthless securities" like ffgo, sit in people's accounts til they are ready to do something with them.
