Tirex is not mentioned by name in the PR.

BUT IT DOES SAY EXCLUSIVE LICENSING AGREEMENT -- which supports the idea that it might be Tirex after all.

But the GRSI people are as INCAPABLE OF DOING ANYTHING AT ALL AS TireX has been to date.

Small, very small, cause for hope.
