PAYD sewing E-BAY for patent infringements... Here is what I see

The patent office will grant e-Bay's request for a patent re-examination by or about Labor Day
• The discovery phase must be completed by January 20
• The discovery phase will put pressure on eBay throughout the process
• A live Markman hearing will occur by or about March 1
• The case will not go to a jury but will settle
• The patent office has been taking anywhere from three months to 12 months to complete a patent re-exam
• eBay will either purchase the patents or license them
