What you don't realize is that story explains why you shouldn't like JAMN - that the Marley company will do everything they can to protect/keep the Marley name for themselves and if any company ever bought JAMN, it would be very easy for the Marley family to take back the name from the lease.

The lease on the name is supposed to be exclusive, yet JAMN doesn't own those Marley Coffee cafes that opened up in Korea - it's more likely that the Marley family is involved with them directly. So if someone else is using the Marley Coffee name, isn't an "exclusive" licensing deal almost worthless?
