IMM is going to DUMP AXLX shares but how? NO BUYERS for them to DUMP shares to???

7.10 Post-Closing Obligations: Distribution of Escrow Shares by IMM. IMM will sell enough AXLX stock to payoff, firstly, any existing secured notes, secondly any business expense arising from the management of the Escrow Shares, and finally any and all of the outstanding unsecured promissory notes.
