$CXDC looks like being bought up by a group ahead of earnings. As the man in the cape has been involved here in the past, I'm guessing it is individuals in that room.

After looking over this one last week, the full-year guidance they provided when reporting Q3 implies a weak Q4 (at least compared to last year). Is this your expectation as well?

Not aware of any catalyst until the Sichuan plant is completed as Dubai is so small. Maybe it being so "cheap" w/ high short interest will be the pump catalyst.
