Actually it's not dilution.....it's worse than that.

DILUTION

The shares of Common Stock to be sold by the Selling Shareholders pursuant to this Prospectus Supplement are currently issued and outstanding. Accordingly, there will be no dilution to existing stockholders as a result of this offering.

USE OF PROCEEDS

We will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of the shares of Common Stock sold by the Selling Shareholders.

The SwingTrade Portfolio is up 5.8% YTD through 01/27/15, 36.2% in 2014, 83.5% in 2013, and 546.6% since inception.
