Chad actually paid the extra fee for EXPEDITE so I think there is a reason he wanted to get this company back operational as quick as possible. Maybe they got the government testing done and it was successful...which would lead to some serious deals possible....guess we wait and see but he DID NOT raise the a/s with the paperwork so good gamble here is my guess....
