Yes ask is very thin looking straight up. I thought this company might run. A lot of stock consolidation has already taken place below .005 and at even lower prices. At it's current price you'd think it's ready to break out. Still looks bullish but this is strictly a nano-cap play. Not much actual information is available to go on. It's a risky bet at best. HEFFX being a new company basically. It's website, online news (LTN), and trading platform all look good.
