See, that's the problem, people actually thought there was ever a real goal to make this a successful beverage company. BW bought a shell company with tons of convertible debt from a penny stock scammer, Stephen Carnes, on the advice of another penny stock scammer, Jared Hochstedler. The goal from day one was to operate a penny stock dilution scam, and thus far he's been successful. People need to stop giving this criminal the benefit of the doubt and call a spade a spade.
