Exactly. MNGG mined and stockpiled the "ore" illegally. The "ore" will be trucked and stockpiled at the Aguila processor illegally. And then processed illegally. And then the tailings will be discharged illegally. The only question is who gets nailed for what........

The contract says that the tailings are the responsibility of First Nevada. That part is clear.
