How do you know the FDA is still considering the reclassification? Look at the continuous stock dilution and decline. Does this look like a company that has a landmark, imminent FDA beneficial decision?

Folks seem to be clinging on to FDA hope, while the massive dumping indicates a company that really has no imminent beneficial FDA ruling.

Would you sell moments before an FDA ruling? The stock is down 40% in the past few months, it seems like a whole lot of selling is going on.
