Yes, they would...and maybe doing better than they are now. JR has made no financial contribution to LB. All he has done is facilitate the sale of money making assets like the golf course. LB (or any business) can't survive without cash to invest in things that keep the business operating (like maintenance, etc.). My friends that are still there tell me they only have one maintenance guy left for all their facilities (the basket and the manufacturing plant). Thats one guy for facilities that are 25 miles away from each other. With equipment that's been there since 2000, I think you need more than one guy. Anyway there are less than 260 people working (employed) at LB now...in 2000 it was 5000. And no, most everyone I know is miserable there and they say they would not be surprised if they came to work one day and the "gates were closed".
