1. GRCU is a Form 15 company - it has been dark since 2009 - the term dark comes from treating shareholders like mushrooms - feeding them BS and keeping them in the dark.

2. The TA is gagged.

So there is no way of knowing what the true share structure is - what you are posting is wishful thinking.
