LOL!!! Now that is pretty funny.

Of course $ GRCU is the most legit in otc and will be uplisting next year !!

I haven't seen a Form 10 or a S-1 filed for registration.

And uplisting on the OTCM is a misnomer - OTCM isn't a regulator - their levels are self-created.

A true uplisting would be to Nasdaq - but GRCU will never become fully reporting - and the requirements are way beyond the pay grade of Cruz the real estate agent - or the ole gold miner Jones.

Why don't you email Cruz and ask what company is doing the audits on the financials so that GRCU can become fully reporting.

The last company I busted - their true believers used to say Too Legit to Quit - and of course they ended up suspended by the SEC.

If GRCU is so legit why is the PPS down 91% since 04/08/2014 - it seems the investment community thinks GRCU is a scam.
