keep in mind that 1 anonymous person just recently bought for 450k$ Insider shares (2,25M) @ NOVZ @ a Shareprice of 0.2$ ( sold by NOVZ, Nugents to 3rd)

There is nearly no difference in NOVZ and RDSH, both cos are overdue with its financial fillings, both sitting with the same reporting status.

Who would buy, or let say, who would risk that much money in any pink CO?

Imo, he/ she could be also an institution, knowing exactly whats going to be happen and with that, they're expecting an much higher Sp.

NOVZ SP is @0.06$, ask is @0.1$, if he would sell those 2,25M shares now via the open Market, imo he would not even get 100K$, should be not that much bid and should see <0.001 ( without news, or without any demand on shares)

There is something big coming in both Cos, but what comes and how big it will be, who knows? Time will tell.
