You might want to do a little digging and ask those holding SIAF shares at SEB what kind of notice they had received latter part of 2014.

My understanding was that they were "strongly suggested" to begin transferring their shares before SEB took action to liquidate.

Not sure to what extent SEB's threats were acted upon, but I do know of a few holders who either sold or transferred their shares just so as not to continue having the issue hanging over them.

Maybe the R/S curbed SEB's enthusiasm in the meantime, but would be a good thing to find out for sure since I know that they've resolved themselves to divest their accounts of any OTC shares, regardless of price.
