Yes of course you're right, I don't have SIAF in either, although I have been trying to buy from an IPS-account. FN won't help buying Siaf through your IPS either since FN is blocked 
Oth, if you sell from an IPS account today, you can't possible use that money to buy it back immediately from your regular account, can you? Isn't there a time-lag for transferring the money, even overnight (guessing) !?
