I don't think this concerns shares held in Kapitalförsäkring. TF mentioned IPS, and people who managed to buy SIAF to their IPS have mentioned before that they have received complaints from Nordnet/Avanza about it since it's not allowed.

If they had forced people to sell the holdings in Kapitalförsäkring-accounts the volume would have been considerably higher since >20% of SIAF is held in those accounts.
