A discount for shares in exchange for the company building the business. I am not convinced that FINRA is a slam dunk so that right there to me is at least a 50% discount. The only sure way I would pay 20 cents is if FINRA says yes! Otherwise its too risky to pay that much. Especially w a success rate of 1 out of 800 getting relisting approved. Granted half are zombie companies w no management but still.
