He certainly has a tough job and if what they said on the call was true they have a ton of refiling to do so I hope not.
If they were worth anything I would be selling my March $4 calls but only worth a cent or two now.

They said they were doing revenue recognition on order. That plainly isnt true otherwise their revenues would match their order book but that is what they said and is indicative of the lack of financial capability prior to Paul Middleton joining.

I think they were actually doing revenue recognition on payment which is not as bad (but still incredible for a NASDAQ listed company) and actually could help with revised Q3 2014 numbers.

Then there is the law suite and aspects regarding the ReliOn take over ....

Hope Paul is up to the job, get everything out this report and then we can hit 2015 hard with news of HD, Nike(?), Expansion of Memphis airport and Sysco orders.
