I was under the impression (according to prior blogs) that the company was cooperating with the FBI to prosecute these individuals who have manipulating the company's stock.

What happened to that? Now that they cannot afford to pay their liabilities and pay down their debt (including judgements), they decide to retain an attorney to go on a fishing expedition for stock market manipulators that the FBI could not find.

What an interesting choice in fiduciary responsibilities with what is left of its financial working capital to run a company.

Why not let the FBI run with the investigation, and litigate after the evidence is made public?
