What is the difference between a No and No comment

An answer of No..to Me would mean...No current or future endeavors

An answer of "No comment"...could mean .. something IS going On but "no comment"

"No comment".. was the Response from WR when asked " Is there something new taking place w/ ARIO" ... from what was relayed from a call to WR's...fwiw
