REVO gets 40% of GROSS DAMAGE AWARD (less attorney fees included in damage awards), EYETALK365 gets 60% and covers ALL expenses. The court may include ATTORNEY Fees in Damages, and does so in most damage awards. EYETALK365 will still be responsible for going after ALL other Infringers at THEIR EXPENSE.
