On 25 February, Vista Gold Corp. (NYSE MKT: VGZ) announced that it executed an agency agreement with an agent and Vista’s wholly owned subsidiary, Vista Gold U.S. Inc. under which the Agent has arranged to sell up to 8,000,000 common shares of Midas Gold Corp. held by Vista US at a price of Cdn$0.46 per Midas Share for aggregate gross proceeds of up to Cdn$3,680,000.
