The BOD and officers that were on Board on March 1, 2013 are the only people able to reinstste the corporation..Non-citizens of the USA are not able to that as well..Who was on the BOD on March 1, 2013> Boswell, Akira and Mac...They are all three that became power of Attorneys for Radient.. How could Bowser resign after the corporation was Voided By Delaware, and how could Christianson become a director of Radient after March 1, 2013, and finally how can mac and Akio resign from a dead corporation, and how can the Aussies be appointed/ and not elected to the BOD after the corporation was voided after March 1, 2013? On June 4, 2013, Mr. Michael Boswell resigned as a member of our Board of Directors and our Board of Directors accepted his resignation. Mr. Boswell's resignation did not indicate that his resignation was in connection with any disagreement with the Company pertaining to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. Mr. Boswell resigned to dedicate more of his time to his own business and personal pursuits.
