If you're new to RIGH, here's a brief history of the company, now known for its flagship website- BudGenius.com.
On June 2 2010, one John Thomas Montgomery incorporated his business "Bud Genius, Inc" in California:
http://kepler.sos.ca.gov/
Note that the Address is 2506 Santa Monica Blvd, and that the status is now "FTB suspended."
RIGH CEO Aaron "Angel" Stanz has NEVER filed a business license in California for Budgenius.
What happened next is a matter of dispute between Montgomery and Stanz.
Montgomery claims that Stanz was an ex-employee of his who did programming for him and stole his Intellectual Property- the BudGenius domain name, by registering it as his own.
Stanz claims Montgomery was a licensee who was trying to steal his customers by falsifying documents.
The link below outlines the cross-accusations of Montgomery and Stanz more clearly:

So John Montgomery may well have been the original owner and founder of the lab that led to the creation of the BudGenius website.
But regardless of who is ethically right in that dispute, it is a fact that Montgomery went on to file a business license for a newly-named lab- "Strain Genius Labs, LLC" on June 22, 2011:
You can see the address is the same for the entity, 2506 Santa Monica Blvd, although a registered agent(Jerry Avetisyan) was used instead of Montgomery's name.
Meanwhile, Stanz went public with the BudGenius website via a reverse-merger with RightSmile (RIGH).
SG Labs HAD a website- StrainGeniusLabs.com, that has since been abandoned. While it was up and running however, it showed marked similarities to the BudGenius website. This can be reviewed at:

But regardless of who one believes took what from whom, it is a fact that Montgomery went on to produce a website WHERE HE SHOWED A WALK-THROUGH OF HIS LAB.

The video on the above link seems to be unable to play directly from the link, however, it DOES play on YouTube.
If you get the "error" screen, select the "Watch on Youtube.com" option at the bottom of the video screen, or just click on the image below (you may have to "unmute" the audio:
Montgomery's website may have been suspended, but according to his Twitter feed, he is still doing a business comparable (or better) than BudGenius' business.

Personally, I suspect that BOTH Montgomery and Stanz have found that-
1. The website component of cannabis testing is not a profit center for them, and
2. Long-term, they cannot compete with the big (and not "farmed-out") labs already dominating the space in California- SCLabs and Steep Hill.
To his credit, RIGH CEO Aaron "Angel" Stanz acknowledges this:
So, folks can and should come to their own conclusions after seeing all of the above.
But one thing is clear:
Of the two- Montgomery and Stanz, only one has been able to demonstrate video proof of an actual functioning cannabis testing lab.
And that man is Montgomery, not RIGH CEO "Angel" Stanz.
Stanz may well be the "money" winner, by going public and getting others to invest in a purported dream and "marijuana mania" instead of his business reality.
But an investment here in RIGH, now, is an investment in the promises and purported dreams of a man who has done little or nothing to earn an investor's trust.
Best to all.
